MAJOR ARCANA - THE GREATER SECRETS
⭐️ I have written 14 of the songs in the Major Arcana. 12 have been released.
The Major Arcana represents various fundamental concepts, life lessons, themes, and essential principles that a person interacts with and experiences in their lifetime.
In a standard deck of playing cards, there is only one Major Arcana card - The Fool, known as The Joker.
My goal with this project is to have a song for every situation. I am a collector of flaws - of heartbreak, mistakes, and loss. Of laughter, happiness, and success. Of the mundane and the madness. People coast and stumble unpredictably. I want to write it all down and sing my way through existence, to make sense of the choppy rhythm of life. I'm making these songs because the Universe calls me to do so.
I never thought I would figure out such a specific mission for my talents. After decades of floundering, I discovered I have always been an intuitive songwriter. I never wrote with any subject in mind. I used to sit at my keyboard and wait until I had an idea. Then, I would allow my voice to sing whatever appeared. The song subject would become evident to me once I reached the chorus. It was a process I enjoyed, but it needed more direction. With The Music Tarot, I have an obvious subject that perfectly aligns with my intuitive writing process. I hope my music reaches far and wide.
